We had a crew of 16 and couldn't be happier with the amazing help we got from Pooja and Kiera for our covid testing. They were super efficient, really kind, and oh-so-patient. We're so thankful that Katalyst Health was there for us while we were traveling. Big thanks once more!

"Courteous, quick, and completely professional"
The assistance I received was courteous, quick, and completely professional. I was in need of a PCR test for travel to Japan the next day, which has its own unique requirements, and they immediately understood what was necessary. The whole procedure lasted no longer than 10 minutes, and I got my results that same evening. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

"Heathrow PCR Testing Experience"
I scheduled my PCR test with Katalyst Health while riding the train to London, getting ready for a business trip to Angola the following day. I showed up at 18:20 and received my results via email, along with the certificate, before 21:00, thanks to a super friendly and professional clinical team at the Marriott hotel Heathrow. Their customer support was top-notch too, as they quickly replied to my request for a duplicate receipt when I reached out a few weeks later. Awesome job, team! Much appreciated.

"Still haven't received my refund"
I canceled my session and then scheduled a new one with plenty of notice, but I'm still waiting on the refund for the original payment made back in August. Haven't heard a peep from them via email or phone.

"Soho Testing Center"
Soho Testing Center. I had a PCR test done by Francesca Zanardi, and it was an awesome experience! She was super professional. I showed up before they opened, and she was still more than willing to do the test for me. That really helped me get my results sooner. So glad I got to meet her!
